I was thinking of starting some kind of group where we can all get together a couple times during the week and run or workout. I was thinking like a club or something. IF any of you are interested or for more info please respond! For now this is just a thot but I'd like to get something started :)
Micheal - Sounds like fun. I've been looking to get back in shape, and would definately be more fun in a group! What distance or skill level were you thinking?
I was thinking to start, maybe all skill levels and to start off with a jog to run middle to long distance. To get our bones oiled up again and running lol. We can warm up, stretch and do core workout then run a certain distance.
Of coarse it would start off easy and build up.

Well tomorrow sara and I are going to meet at panorama park near Bakersfield college. Time frame between 5-7 am. As we get more people though, we can make a set schedule that everyone is comfortable with. And also, we can either keep it at panorama park or if anyone knows of a better place then that's fine. Whatever is the best will work. Were still gathering info such as path, time, and days...
