Woman shot dead in Bakersfield Monday evening

A woman was fatally shot in Bakersfield Monday evening.Police received reports at 8:42 p.m. of shots fired in the area of East 7th and Tulare streets and arrived to find a woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
