Winter weather impacts schools, could impact travel

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Winter weather is blowing into Kern County, impacting schools and possibly travel. The California Highway Patrol is pacing traffic over the Grapevine portion of Interstate 5. Traffic remains open on Highway 58 through Tehachapi.
