Whistleblowers call out KHSD investigation process

Whistleblowers took center stage at the Kern High School District Board of Trustee meeting Monday night. Two staff members, from two schools, with two separate complaint, both fed up with the system. First to speak was Terry Chapman, the physical education chairman at Bakersfield High School, who has repeatedly asked the district and his school administration to rethink their disciplinary policies which he believes don't hold students accountable for their actions.
