Wasco man sentenced to 13 years in stabbing death
A Wasco man was sentenced to 13 years in prison Tuesday for fatally stabbing another man last year.Victor Rosales, 25, pleaded no contest in January to voluntary manslaughter in the death of Enrique Ramirez.
