Two children died of blunt injuries in March 5 crash
Two children who were not wearing seat belts or child restraints in a March 5 crash died of blunt injuries, according to a coroner’s office release.Ryder Wayne Frazier, 1, and Kaitlynn Milner, 8, died of injuries they suffered in the rollover crash on Highway 178 at Canebrake Way and Pine Hollow Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
