Two beloved Bakersfield restaurants end their long runs

It was an emotional day for the owner at La Colonia Restaurant, and equally bittersweet for Sinaloa Mexican Restaurant. Both have been serving the Bakersfield community for generations. Sinaloa Mexican Restaurant, a beloved Bakersfield institution for 70 years, is now closed forever.
