Two Teens Arrested In Stolen Car In Delano
The Delano Police Department said two 17-year-olds were arrested Tuesday morning in a stolen car. After a traffic stop just after 7 a.m., the four people in the car tried to run away. Two were stopped. The other two are outstanding.?
