Too close to call: New Kern County ballot count puts Cox ahead of Valadao

Update 5:56pm: Tulare County Elections Office updated their ballot count with 46 additional votes in the 21st district. 22 votes went to Cox, and 24 went to Valadao. BAKERSFIELD, Calif.
