
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Folks in Bakersfield woke up to rain Thursday. This is the first of three systems that should bring moisture to Kern County over the next four days. Eyewitness News weather forecaster Aaron Perlman said he expects rain to end my the afternoon Thursday, with less than a half inch in the valley and less than an inch in the mountains.
