Thursday brings more rain, wind and dust to Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Heavy rain fell on the morning commute Thursday in Bakersfield. Rain also fell Wednesday, and Eyewitness News weather anchor Aaron Perlman said he expects rain on and off through Sunday. MORE | Full weather forecast.
