New information from the Bakersfield Police Department shows four affiliates of the Mongols Motorcycle Club were involved in a deliberate plan to provoke a confrontation with rival members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club that ultimately led to a member of the Mongols being shot and killed.Â
