Teen arrested in pot shop shooting

Police have arrested a 16-year-old in connection with the shooting death of a man at a Bakersfield medical marijuana dispensary June 1.Miguel Angel Tinoco, 16, is being held on suspicion of murder in the killing of 19-year-old Moises Lopez at the Green Hut on South Union Avenue, police said.
