Taft latest city to consider ditching PACE
The PACE home improvement loan program has come under fire in many California cities.Taft became the latest city to join that list Tuesday evening when the City Council moved to add a vote to an upcoming agenda.The vote would dismantle the PACE system in T Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
