Suspect wanted for fraudulent use of EBT card
Authorities say a woman fraudulently used an EBT card to purchase groceries at a FoodMaxx in southwest Bakersfield.The suspect used a victim’s card March 1 at a FoodMaxx in the 4400 block of Ming Avenue, sheriff’s officials said.
