Southern California grieving Thursday night after a mass shooting in Thousand Oaks. A night of fun turned to trauma after a gunman opened fire killing a dozen people at the Borderline Bar and Grill before turning the gun on himself. Less than 24 hours later prayer circles have taken over the Civic Center lawn as the Thousand Oaks community searches for strength.
