Arson investigators are looking into the cause of a fire at a commercial strip mall Wednesday morning.Bakersfield firefighters arrived at the strip mall in the 1100 block of South H Street at 9:02 a.m. to find heavy smoke coming from the rear of the single-story property, firefighters said.
