Storms this week could bring snow to the Grapevine, Hwy 58

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Snow could impact travel on the main mountain passes of Interstate 5 and Highway 58 early Tuesday. Wet weather will continue to blow through Kern County Monday and Tuesday, with overnight snow levels likely dropping to 2,500 feet. Eyewitness News’ Aaron Perlman calls for 3-8 inches of snow above 5,000 feet, 2-4 inches of snow above 4,000 feet, and a trace of snow to an inch of snow above 3,000 feet.
