Small quake rattles Kern River Valley

The U. S. Geological Survey reports a 3. 2-magnitude earthquake east of Kernville rattled the area at 8:13 a. m. Friday . The “shake map” on the USGS website shows the quake might’ve been weakly felt throughout the Kern River Valley.
