Silva Family Gets $3.4m In Wrongful Death Suit
The family of David Sal Silva reached a settlement today in their wrongful death civil rights case. The family will hold a press conference together with their attorneys at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016, at the offices of Chain | Cohn | Stiles, located at 1731 Chester Avenue in downtown Bakersfield, to discuss details of the settlement.
