Sheriff Youngblood provides details on new random drug-testing policy

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - The Kern County Sheriff’s Office will begin randomly drug testing deputies. The issue of random drug testing has been debated for some time but gained renewed attention last month after a deputy was arrested for allegedly being on drugs while on duty.
