Shafter pedestrian struck and killed by vehicle identified

A Shafter woman who died after being struck by a vehicle has been identified.Guadalupe Govea, 45, died Sunday after she was hit by a vehicle in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue, a coroner’s office release said.
