Several crashes slow traffic Wednesday morning on Hwy 99

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Several crashes slowed traffic Wednesday morning along Highway 99 in Bakersfield. The most serious crash appeared to be the one between a big rig and Caltrans truck on the southbound side near Union Avenue.
