Self-defense debate: Store owner charged after shooting suspected shoplifter

A market owner is out on bail, after being arrested Thursday for allegedly shooting a man who was suspected of shoplifting. Bail was set for Elias Aguilar at $50,000. He was charged with one felony charge of assault with a firearm. The District Attorney's Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
