Search is on for man missing for nearly two weeks

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said 21-year-old Joseph Lara is missing. Lara was last seen Jan. 10 on the 1400 block of Truxtun Avenue, but his Facebook account showed activity until Jan. 17. Lara is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs about 154 pounds. He has several tattoos – a spray can on his right arm, highway signs on his right forearm, a portrait of his daughter on his left arm and LARA on his chest. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
