UPDATE (5 p.m.): Bakersfield SWAT officers are at Glacier Canyon Court attempting to get someone to come out of a house on that street.One neighbor said police first arrived on scene around 3 p.m. Traffic has been closed on Harris Road between Stine and Wi Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
