SOUND OFF: Homelessness won't disappear from our front page until it's gone from our community
Reader: Recently, I read an article in our newspaper, The Bakersfield Californian. The headline was "Have we lost compassion for the homeless?" (Nov. 23, 2019) Certainly not!
