River Rescue At Hart Park, 2 Women Stranded

2 women are waiting to be rescued at Hart Park after reports of a possible drowning surfaced. Police said that two people, were stranded on an island in the water. Kern County officers report that the call came in around 5 p.m. Police said that search and rescue is on scene, but the subjects stranded on the island have not been identified.?
