Representative Kevin McCarthy awarded Walter Easley, a 93-year-old Bakersfield World War II veteran, Thursday with service medals and awards earned for his service in the U.S. Army. Drafted into the U.S. Army in March 1943 and Easley was deployed to Englan Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
