Railroad-crossing arms fixed after creating jam on Rosedale Hwy
UPDATE: CHP Officer Robert Rodriguez told Eyewitness News shortly after 1:30 p. m. that the railroad-crossing arms are back up, and traffic should begin moving more freely. The original story is below. --- BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Malfunctioning railroad-crossing arms and a malfunctioning traffic signal have created a mess of traffic on Rosedale Highway.
