Public invited to remember Tehachapi Mayor Ed Grimes at memorial service

A memorial service in honor of Tehachapi Mayor Ed Grimes, who died Monday, has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, at the Tehachapi High School gym.
