Prop 10: Relief for renters or disaster for everyone?
Rents in California have grown steadily in recent years. In November, voters can try one solution to help curb the rise. Prop 10 would make government rent control legal in California. However, it won't address any of the underlying issues of why the rent is so high. Many families in California experience high rent compared to their income.
