Probation bust finds gun, ammo and drugs, leading to arrests

Officers from the Kern County Probation Department Gang Intervention and Suppression Team conducted a probation search at 1321 Flower St. , Bakersfield, on Monday. The officers found Victor Villa, 35, and Jessica Rangel, 33, in the apartment. A further search of the apartment turned up a loaded . 38 revolver and multiple rounds of ammunition, as well as an amount of methamphetamine consistent with sales, and cash.
