Power outage impacts downtown, parts of northeast, east Bakersfield
A power outage Wednesday afternoon and evening in some areas of downtown, east and northeast Bakersfield at one point affected some 9,530 customers, but later in the evening power had been restored to everyone but about 254 customers, according to the PG&E website.
