Police seek suspect in northeast injury shooting

Bakersfield Police Department officers responding Sunday morning to a report of a possible shooting victim found a man who had been shot.Officers arrived in the 500 block of Flower Street at about 10:37 a.m. and located the man, who has not been identified.
