Police searching for missing at-risk teen

Bakersfield police are asking for help in finding a missing at-risk teen. William Joseph Harris, 18, was last seen Friday night near a Taco Bell near White Lane and Gosford Road. Harris is considered to be at-risk  because he is autistic. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call the Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
