Police identify suspect and officers involved in Kentucky Street officer-involved shooting

The Bakersfield Police Department has identified the man shot by police officers on Monday night as 23-year-old Anthony Markis Ramirez. Ramirez was shot byDetective Ryan McWilliams and Detective Isaac Aleman while they were investigatinga person wanted for carjacking and an outstanding felony arrest warrant.
