Police: Woman placed three juveniles in trunk of her car
A Bakersfield woman has been charged with three felony counts of child cruelty after placing three juveniles in the trunk of her car last week.Maricela Celio, 35, was formally arraigned Tuesday and is being held on $75,000 bail, court records show.
