Pedestrian killed by alleged drunken driver identified

A San Leandro woman struck and killed by an alleged drunken driver on Weedpatch Highway early Sunday has been identified as Gloria Lashal Yancy, according to a coroner’s office release.Yancy, 30, was hit at 1:55 a.m. on the highway just south of Kernita Road, the news release said.
