Panorama Park is about to undergo beautification
One of Bakersfield's most spectacular views is set to get a little more beautiful. The county has partnered with the Arts Council of Kern to launch a new arts project that will spruce up Panorama Park . I'm hoping that this will get people to change their Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
