Owner of Ridgecrest dog kennel arrested on suspicion of shooting, killing man

The owner of a dog kennel business in Ridgecrest has been arrested on suspicion of murder.The Kern County Sheriff's Office said Monday that 67-year-old Phil Norwood was arrested over the weekend. He's accused of shooting the husband of one of his employees Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
