On foot with Herb Benham: Oildale a town of - and for - walkers

I recently explored Oildale on foot. I’ve driven it, ridden a bike through it and flown over it. It was time to walk it.I walked from Foster’s Donuts on Chester and West Columbus to Standard Elementary School on North Chester and back, a distance of three miles.
