No restrictions led to child porn being possibly downloaded at CSUB

An associate professor of psychology at California State University, Bakersfield has been arrested on suspicion of downloading child pornography. According to court documents the professor, 63-year-old Theodore Ishida, downloaded more than 600 child pornog Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
