New signs at Hart Park to help encourage people to stay out of the Kern River
Authorities have dropped new electronic signs at Hart Park in an attempt to help keep people out of the Kern River.Authorities say it has been a growing issue with people going in.Since 1968 there have been at least 290 people who have died in the Kern Riv Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
