New CDE information on KHSD continuation schools is contradicting

The California Department of Education quietly publish a list of the state’s lowest performing schools and high schools with graduation rates lower than two thirds at the end of January. The information was buried in a data set of 6,600 schools receiving federal funding and it included four of the five continuation schools from Kern High School District, which were identified as having low graduation rates.
