NOR brings Christmas spirit to Oildale with holiday parade
The North of the River parade brought the Christmas spirit to Oildale Saturday. The theme for this year's parade wasRock n Roll. Parade floats, bands and other groups and organizations marched down the streets of Oildale. Eyewitness News Morning Anchor Aaron Perlman was the master of ceremonies for the event this year.
