NAACP honors Kern County's First African American Female Judge
On Saturday, the NAACP honored Kern County's first African American female judge, Gloria Cannon. Judge Canon was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown Jr. to a judgeship  in the Kern County Superior Court. Once she completed law school, she began her career at Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
