Mud, Water And Debris Closes Westside Parkway
Bakersfield Police have shutdown both directions of the Westside Parkway at Stockdale Highway and Allen Road. BPD says nearly two feet of water is covering the road, and crews say mud and debris has washed up near the Highway.
