Motorist who died in southeast identified

A motorist who died Saturday after hitting another vehicle near southeast Bakersfield was identified as Dennis Ruth, 24, of Lamont, by the Kern County Coroner’s Office.The accident happened at 4:30 p.m. at Comanche Drive and Muller Road, in unincorporated Kern County.
