Motorist pleads no contest to gross vehicular manslaughter in fatal crash
A motorist has pleaded no contest to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated in connection with a December 2014 crash that killed a 46-year-old bicyclist.Randall Lew Sullivan entered the plea Tuesday, and a charge of hit and run causing death or permanent serious injury was dismissed.
